This guide explains how to administer the SurePassID authentication system and how it may be configured to meet your organization’s security needs.  The purpose of this guide is to provide a reference for system administrators of the system.

What is SurePassID System Configuration?

 The SurePassID System Configuration application is used to manage all aspects of the SurePassID system. The System Configuration app allows the system administrators to:

  • Set system-wide configuration parameters such as e-mail, SMS messages, system customization, etc.
  • Create and import users to the system
  • Create, import, and assign devices
  • Define Secure SSO roles and profiles
  • Define Groups of users
  • Configure Active Directory settings
  • Operate and maintain the system
  • Resolve situations that require your attention
  • Review and export the audit log
