SAML2 Identity Provider (IdP)

SurePassID SAML2 Identity Provider adds strong authentication to any SAML2 based compliant application. 

The system is configured in the SurePassID Admin portal (SSO tab) allowing system admins to easily configure identities and manage access control for any SAML2 based applications, such as Google Apps, Saleforce.com, Office365 and hundred of others.  The SurePassID IdP uses this configuration information to control access to your SSO applications regardless of the platform they are running on.  SurePassID IdP runs on every internet-connected device that has a web browser. 

Alternatively, the SurePassID SSO mobile app can be used to run your SSO apps from a native mobile app developed for Android devices.  The SurePassID SSO mobile app integrates with BYOD and MDM providers to make deploying, provisioning and removals of apps a breeze.   

SurePassID SSO is a role and policy based system.  You can configure different users to have specific roles within the organization and associate those roles with access policies on a product by product base locking down your apps in a similar way that you lock down VPN access.

SurePassID ships with over 50 applications preloaded.  However, there might be a need to add a new SAML2 app that comes on the market, or your company might develop their own proprietary SAML2 app.  SurePassID can support these apps by allowing you to add any SAML2 apps and those apps are only visible to your company.
